Baník Pilsner

This is a very special Pilsner lager beer, named for the Moravian miners who surely earned their glass of beer at the end of the day. Brewed with Haná barley malt - an original Moravian variety, revived in limited quantities by Crisp Malt, and carefully created in their classic floor maltings. Lagered for four weeks, it’s biscuity and bready, balanced with a herbal and earthy hoppiness from Czech Saaz hops. Then, after observing all these traditions, we late-hopped the brew with floral, limey Motueka hops from New Zealand. It’s what the miners would have wanted. Na zdraví!
