SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver your favourite beers quickly and securely. Please review our shipping rates, delivery timelines, and return terms below.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order. All orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 2:00 PM for same-day dispatch.

  • Later Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

Our shipping boxes hold a maximum of 24 cans. If you want more than 24 cans, please place a separate order for each box.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland

  • Under 12 cans: £6.00

  • 12 cans or more: £3.00

  • Free shipping on orders over £50.00

 

Great Britain (UK Mainland)

  • Under 12 cans: £12.00

  • 12 cans or more: £6.00

  • Free shipping on orders of 24 cans or over £75.00

RETURNS & DAMAGED CANS POLICY

​

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged. We do not offer exchanges for products.

  • Reporting Window: You must report any transit damage within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

  • Partial Damage: If only a portion of your package is damaged, we will replace the damaged cans free of charge.

  • Evidence Required: You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and cans.

  • Process: Email your order number and photos to info@mournemountainsbrewery.com.

  • Disposal: Once you have sent the photographic evidence, you may safely discard the damaged cans.
